YogaBellies™ offers yoga created by women, for women - supporting you through every stage of life. From gentle, empowering pregnancy yoga to nurturing postnatal classes with your baby, to balancing and restorative Luna yoga for all women, each class is designed to honour the female body and mind.
Coming soon, we’ll also be offering YogaPause™, a unique practice to support women navigating the changes of perimenopause and menopause. Whether you’re expecting, a new mum, finding your flow, or embracing life’s transitions, YogaBellies™ gives you a safe space to move, breathe, connect, and feel supported.

(POSTNATAL)
Yoga for you, connection for both
Postnatal classes are a safe, welcoming space where you can bring your baby (or babies!) and share the joys and challenges of new motherhood. Together, we move, breathe and restore while making time for bonding and community.
• Gentle stretches and breathing to strengthen back, abs & pelvic floor
• Time to relax, chat, and connect with other mums
• A calm, baby-friendly space where you can truly just “be”
• Yoga fun with Baby
• Option to stay for a cuppa and conversation afterwards

LUNA
Connect & Rebalance
Luna yoga is a unique, flowing style in tune with feminine energy, lunar cycles, and yin-inspired practices. These classes focus on honouring yourself, slowing down, and creating space for deep rest and reflection. Perfect for all women, at any stage of life.

Through The Wellbeing Circle, we also offer monthly wellbeing gatherings, where gentle yoga is combined with other beautiful practices such as:

We also host full-day retreats in stunning Scottish lochside locations, offering a deeper opportunity to rest, reconnect, and recharge
